ngc253 in Sculptor, a very nice spiral galaxy with lots of H-alpha regions wehre stars are born, and a good collection of tho young stars to give a
blue halo around the edges...

33x300seconds, 12-inch at f5.9, Hap Griffin mod 350d, guided with PHD and a DSIpro on a piggyback 80mm meande refractor.
acquired and combined in Nebulosity, post processed in Photoshop CS 3

some guiding error produces the odd star shapes, will work that out if the sky clears again..
