ngc 6992?, the western portion
of the Veil Nebula to the east of Cygnus
eight 120-second subframes acquired
and preprocessed in Nebulosity, stacked in Lynkeos,
and stretched/balanced in PS CS3. Some noise reduction in Noise
Ninja.
12-inch Classic LX200 at f5.9,
Hap Griffin modified Canon 350xt.
sky fair, unguided so only eight of the frames worked.. and not
well.. a problem with the drive and a too well blanced system...
the odd Meade reducer has a lot of vignetting, not easily removed..
